Pilates at it’s Finest.
Reformer Pilates | Tower Pilates | Chair Pilates
Our Classes.
A full 360 approach to Pilates Training, all under one roof.
Reformer Pilates.
Combining mindful movement with precise technique. Classes focus on core strength, posture, alignment, flexibility and muscular endurance, using the Reformer to create a balanced, full-body workout. Suitable for all levels, with exercises adapted to support individual needs and goals.
Tower Pilates.
Unlike the Reformer, the Tower provides a fixed and stable base, allowing for greater focus on controlled movement, mobility, stability and alignment. The spring resistance can challenge the body in different planes of movement, while also offering support for deeper engagement and more precise movement.
Chair Pilates.
We use the Pilates Chair to create a dynamic and challenging full-body workout. The Chair provides a smaller working area. Its spring resistance challenges the body in a different way, encouraging strength and stability while working through a variety of positions, including standing and weight-bearing exercises.

It’s simple. It’s just really good Pilates, being taught how its meant to be taught. There are no gimmicks at Form. We don’t ‘do’ trend led exercise routines. We teach science backed movement by highly trained instructors. Covering the Contemporary Pilates method taught by Instructors who know the human body. We provide hands-on correction and tactile queuing, ensuring every client knows how and why they should be moving in that way.

Yes you do and they need to be grippy!
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes at our studios. This is standard industry policy and exists for both safety and hygiene reasons. If you forget to bring your own, you will be asked to purchase a pair from reception for £16 in order to attend the class. Please be kind to our Instructors, they do not make the rules.
-
We have a strict “no latecomers” policy at our studios.
More than 5 minutes late? Sorry, you wont be allowed in as it causes too much disruption and you miss the set up. Late comers will still be charged for the class, so please keep this in mind and arrive on time.
We do ask you to not arrive more than 10 minutes before the class start time though.
-
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled class. Late Cancellations or No Shows are charged at the price you paid and the pass is deducted as if you attended. Cancellations must be made via your Momence account. Email cancellations will not be honoured.
Late Cancels and No Shows are monitored and frequent offenders may have their accounts frozen.
-
Clients are able to waitlist as many classes as they like. In order to book onto a waitlist you must have available passes/credit on your account. Waitlists close 1 hour before the class start time. It is the clients responsibility to remove themselves from waitlists ahead of the class in order to avoid being moved into a class you cannot attend, subsequently being charged. The same 24 hour cancellation policy applies for Waitlisted Classes when you are successful in gaining a spot. You are only charged if you get moved to the class.
-
If you are seeing the following message when trying to book: ‘Unfortunately you don’t have access to this session. Please contact the host for more information.’ it just means the schedule is not yet available to book. Please try booking a class in the current month instead.

All purchases are sold as final and non refundable. Packs & Single Classes are not able to be extended past expiry. For more information view our T&C’s

Creating a space where clients become friends and instructors become part of the family. We hold the very highest standards to ensure every class here is built with care, knowledge and intention. Every instructor is here because they believe movement should empower, not intimidate. Meaning our Studio’s are treated as a place where you feel Encouragement, Connection and Belonging.

Form was founded by Sophie, a comprehensively trained and certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. In 2023, she opened her first private studio in Buckinghamshire with a clear vision: to create a space rooted in authentic, high-quality Pilates education. As Reformer Pilates grew in popularity, Sophie saw the method and principles of Pilates becoming increasingly diluted — with studios opening without experienced leadership and instructors teaching trends rather than purposeful movement. Forms purpose is to bring the focus back to intelligent, effective Pilates. Grounded in knowledge, science, experience and care.
A note from our Founder
As a Pilates Instructor and avid Pilates enthusiast, I noticed the industry becoming saturated and loosing its true meaning. Thats why Form was built on the sole intention of delivering quality Pilates whilst making it accessible to everyone and every body.
We hold the very highest standards to ensure every class here is built with care, knowledge and intention. Every instructor is here because they believe movement should empower, not intimidate.
This studio isn’t Reformers and Fitness trends. It’s a community built around connection, authenticity, and shared values.
We wouldn’t be the space we are without the people in it.
Thank you for being part of it.
