We offer various class styles to suit everyone from Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.

All as effective as each other, all help strengthen, lengthen & tone the body.

Foundation Pilates

The Foundation class is exactly that, a class designed for beginners and centred around the traditional Mat & Reformer Pilates method. We introduce you to the foundations and core principles of Classical Pilates on the Reformer, Tower & Chair. Showcasing the studio equipment and how to use it. Starting you off on your Pilates Journey.

Classes are 50 minutes and will be based around the Reformer, Tower & Chair.

Beginner

Signature Pilates

The Signature class is our next step up for beginners. It is designed around the traditional pilates method. Using the foundations and core principles of pilates, whilst introducing Dynamic movement to further challenge the body. This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of Pilates already and who have completed previous Reformer and Apparatus classes.

Classes are 50 minutes and will be based around the Reformer, Tower & Chair.

Intermediate

Dynamic Pilates

Our Dynamic class is designed for Advanced clients only. It’s a Pilates based workout with a dynamic twist, the body will be challenged combining balance, coordination and strength building moves. Including exercises from the Advanced Pilates repetoire on all equipment. The class is designed for those who have a solid understanding of Reformer, Tower & Chair apparatus and of the Pilates Technique.

Classes are 50 minutes and will be based around the Reformer, Tower & Chair.

Advanced

Jump Board Reformer

Our Jump Board Cardio class is a great way to pick up the pace and raise the heart rate. The foundations are the same but here you use the jump board at the base of the Reformer to exercise from. It allows for faster movement but in a controlled way, ensuring every muscle is working at its max. The faster more impactful movement raises the heart rate and ensures for a full body workout. This is a great class to mix into your weekly workout. This class is only suitable for Intermediate + Clients.

Classes are 50 minutes and will include the Reformer only with small equipment.

Intermediate

Barre Fusion

Our Barre Fusion class is centred around the Barre with Mat Pilates incorporated into the workout. This class is designed for those seeking a challenging workout incorporating both Barre & Mat Pilates exercises in one. It's ideal for those seeking the Pilates 'Burn'. This class is not suitable for those with knee, hip or ankle injuries. A good understanding of the Pilates Technique is essential and participation in either a Mat or Reformer class prior is compulsory.

Classes are 50 minutes and will include a mix between the Barre and Mat.
