“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

— Joseph Pilates

Traditional Equipment, with a modern approach to movement…

Joseph Pilates once said “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.” we truly believe that. That’s why Pilates is at the core of every class FORM offers. We pride ourselves in combining the foundations of Pilates with a dynamic approach to movement. Whether you are here for Fitness or Function, we have a class to suit everyone. We aim to challenge the mind and body, whilst keeping movement balanced and controlled.

‘With FORM I wanted to create a space that felt Peaceful and Private. Somewhere where clients felt they could escape too. Classes are small with no more than 4 in a group. This gives a friendly unique experience compared to larger group reformer classes. I really wanted clients to feel like they were getting a quality experience. I’ve invested in some of the best equipment available to give clients variation during a workout. Our reformer beds are larger than most studios which are perfect for those who are taller, for anyone pregnant or suffering with injuries. The Cadillac is amazing for rehabilitation, especially for knee or lower back injuries. It’s also a fantastic piece of equipment to add for further strength training in a Reformer class. Finally the chair, one of the hardest pieces of equipment to master. It is amazing at building strength in the arms and legs where the reformer just can’t target. Apparatus such as these mixed in with the reformer make for a pretty epic workout!’ Sophie - Owner
