Welcome to Form Pilates

A Boutique Reformer Pilates Studio based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. We offer small group apparatus classes that include a mix of the Reformer, Half Cadillac (or Tower) & the Combo Chair for groups of Four. Form Pilates Studio is located in the Village of Winchmore Hill in a Grade II Listed Barn with Parking directly outside. Our discrete location is perfect for those wanting to exercise in Private. Whether you are completely new to Pilates, struggling with injury or looking for a low impact full body workout. Form has something for everybody. We offer a range of different styles of classes from Traditional & Dynamic Reformer to Chair & Tower/Cadillac specific Pilates, all with fully Certified STOTT trained Instructors.
